I began painting and drawing, as well as making music, at a young age, growing up on the beautiful Chignecto Bay of NB Canada, surrounded by nature and having a view from my window of the highest tides in the world. I find the landscape and change of seasons inspiring, being highly influenced by the evolving light and darkness through the year. For example, "Summer Solstice" evokes feelings of warmth and colour from the garden view, while "Winter" portrays the blue shadows of snow with a hint of sunshine. "Fall Back" encapsulates the retreating daylight and shift towards longer nights. I'm primarily self-taught, and have been fortunate to have talented artists, Karin Bach and Tim Isaac, as parents, fostering a creative environment.
